Aspire Academy is looking for driven Early Childhood Educators.

Early Childhood Educators work in our group learning program, which incorporates a number of different teaching styles (i.e. small group, triadic, dyadic, one-on-one). In order to create an optimal learning environment for our students, our Early Childhood Educators must think on their feet, problem solve on the spot, and work flexibly and collaboratively as a team. Early Childhood Educators at Aspire work with and support their assigned Lead Therapist and/or Teacher as they run learning programs by;
- Providing support in order to ensure the program runs as smoothly as possible
- Participating in classroom planning as directed
- Organizing play centers and learning activities
- Gathering and preparing teaching materials
- Collaborating with their Lead Therapist and Teacher to complete assessments for new students
- Collecting and graphing data as directed

**Salary**: $18.00-$23.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Carp, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

Work Location: One location

**Salary**: $19.00-$23.00 per hour
