As we continue to expand, we are seeking a highly motivated, and experienced VP of Sales to lead our sales operations and contribute to our mission for significant company expansion.
**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team including BDRs, setters and deal closers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations, managing and defeating objections.
- Understand category-specific landscapes and trends, reporting on the forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts.
- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting.
- Compile information and data related to customer and prospect interactions.
- Monitor customer, market, and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field.
- A minimum of Five [5] years of sales experience, with a focus on solar energy or related industries.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
- Experience in building and leading sales teams.
- Strong business sense and industry expertise.
- Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
- Exceptional negotiation and customer relationship skills.
- Ability to work within a fast-paced, collaborative environment and handle multiple and changing priorities.

**Salary**: $75,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
