**Job Overview**:
As the E-Commerce Salesperson, you’ll play a vital role in managing and optimizing the entire online order experience across Lenmark’s channels. This isn’t just about processing transactions - we’re looking for someone who’s passionate about ensuring seamless administration, execution, and customer service at every stage. You’ll be responsible for coordinating with all stakeholders to guarantee effective communication before, during, and after each order is fulfilled, aligning every interaction with Lenmark’s commitment to exceptional service and customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:
**E-Commerce Sales Management**: Handle and oversee all inbound e-commerce digital sales, ensuring smooth customer service and freight management across multiple platforms, including Shopify, eBay, and Facebook. Maintain high seller ratings and ensure platform success.

**Order Administration and Customer Communication**: Manage the entire customer journey from lead to order and fulfillment, including quoting, invoicing, and tracking all orders in NetSuite. Ensure accurate documentation of each step, provide proactive updates, and offer post-order support to enhance customer satisfaction.

**Shipping and Fulfillment**: Coordinate order fulfillment by working with the Warehouse team to ensure timely shipments. Use spreadsheets and NetSuite for tracking and address any issues that arise professionally and promptly.

**Freight Management**: Book and manage freight quotes for orders without automatic shipping calculations, ensuring that freight services remain profitable. Communicate order details with related stakeholders, confirm conditions at delivery locations, and resolve freight challenges as they arise.

**Customer Service Excellence**: Foster a high level of customer satisfaction through thorough communication and proactive follow-ups. Address inquiries and resolve problems with professionalism to build lasting relationships with Lenmark’s partners across industries.

**Customs and Border Compliance**: Manage customs documentation and work with customs brokers for all relevant shipments, ensuring timely and compliant processing.

**Administration and Order Tracking**: Maintain accurate records and provide frequent status updates on orders to management. Support the smooth operation of implemented systems and processes and take on additional tasks as designated by management to meet company goals.

**Qualifications and Skills Requirements**:
**E-Commerce Sales Experience**: Proven experience in e-commerce sales, preferably with a background in order management and customer service.

**Tech-Savvy**: Proficient with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, eBay, etc.), CRM systems (NetSuite), and MS Office.

**Customer-Centric Mindset**: Committed to delivering high-value interactions and excellent service throughout the customer journey.

**Problem-Solving Skills**: Able to effectively manage and resolve challenges, particularly in freight and logistics.

**Strong Communication**: Excellent communication skills, with an ability to interact professionally with customers and internal teams.
