Boutique, high-end, and growing facial plastic and reconstructive surgery practice in Guelph, ON is seeking a physician or nurse injector/aesthetic provider with a minimum 5 years cosmetic medicine experience to join our team.
- Practice is owned and operated by a double board-certified facial plastic surgeon
- Practice specializes in cosmetic facial plastic surgery and non-surgical facial cosmetic procedures, including: neuromodulators, dermal fillers, advanced laser and RF devices, skin care services, and more.

The focus of this position will be to provide aesthetic services to patients to help them achieve the most natural and appropriate results. This role is salaried with commission.

Additional Responsibilities:

- Comprehensive patient consultations and consent discussions
- Photodocumentation with standardized before and after photos
- Standardized up-to-date charting
- Review and discuss care instructions with patients
- Patient follow-ups
- Revision and touch ups when indicated
- Meticulous injection technique, sterile technique, and patient care
- Keep clean and sanitary treatment areas
- Product inventory and tracking
- Medication inventory
- Medical grade skin care knowledge and recommendations to patients as needed
- Team player
- willing to pitch in other clinic areas when needed
- Assisting with in office minor surgical procedures when necessary
- Sterilization of office instruments when necessary (training provided)

Job Requirements:

- Licensed Physician (CPSO) or Nurse (CNO) in good standing
- 5+ years of experience using injectables
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with multiple brands of filler and neuromodulators
- Knowledge of facial anatomy
- Knowledgeable in management of vascular emergencies
- Knowledge of contraindications, indications and uses of different fillers
- Willingness to utilize existing skills and talent, while simultaneously learning and executing new techniques and ideas
- Willingness to travel internationally annually for continuing education
- Knowledge of the cosmetic industry in terms of devices, procedures, and products on the market
- Professionalism in dress and presentation, honesty, excellent work ethic and positive attitude a MUST
- Great sense of humour
- Excellent time management
- Proficient computer and EMR skills
- Ability and confidence to work independently
- Team player

Pay Structure, Perks and Benefits

**Salary**: $50.00-$100.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week
