We are currently seeking competent individuals to fulfill the role of **Salesforce QA Analyst** to join our dynamic team for our client, one of the major banks.

Location Address: hybrid - **onsite twice/week**
Contract Duration**:6 months**
**Possibility of extension & conversion to FTE**

**Typical Day in Role**:

- Execute test plans, scenarios, scripts or procedures
- Test system modifications to prepare for implementation
- Develop testing integration/migration that addresses areas such as database impacts, software scenarios, or usability
- Document software defects, using a bug tracking system, and report defects to software developers
- Identify, analyze and document problems with program function, output, online screen or content
- Monitor bug resolution efforts and track successes Create or maintain databases of known test defects -Plan test schedules or strategies in accordance with project scope or delivery

1) 5+ experience with **Salesforce (financial/sales cloud)**
2) 5+ years experience as a **QA Test Analyst** (Ability to understand test practices, plans, etc.)
3) **JIRA and Confluence** experience
4) 3+ years of experience with **X-ray**

**Nice-To-Have Skills**:
1)**SQL **experience
2) FI experience
3) experience with **Python/Java**
4)**Salesforce Admin Certification**

**Soft Skills Required**:

- excellent communication

- attention to detail and accuracy
- ability to multitask
- willingness to be onsite

**Education**:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: $40.00-$50.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Toronto, ON M5H 1B6
