HOLA We are currently seeking a passionate and team-oriented individual to join our dynamic restaurant team as a Waiter/Waitress. If you enjoy providing exceptional service, have excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you. **Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide attentive and personalized service to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Deliver orders to tables promptly and ensure accuracy in the order.
- Assist in table setting and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide solutions to meet their needs.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and coordinated service.
- Upsell menu items, promote specials, and provide recommendations when requested.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and securely.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
**Requirements**:
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Fluent in both English and French, with the ability to communicate effectively. _Proficiency in Spanish is a plus._
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well within a team and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Excellent multitasking and time management abilities.
- Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible availability, including weekends.Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing circumstances.
