**Who We Are**

Helios Compounding Laboratory is a state of the art sterile and non-sterile compounding facility located in Markham, ON. We prepare compounded medications for patients, pharmacies, prescribers, and clinics.
- Day to day administration of pharmacy invoices
- Lead pharmacy team in organizing and receiving invoices
- Flexible and agile to respond to competing priorities, scheduling and busy time
- Works to be a high functioning and contributing team member ready to step in where needed
- Maintains a clean and tidy workspace
- Restock shipping inventory ie. boxes, ice packs, packing tape, etc.

**Qualifications**:

- The ability to organize and manage multiple priorities with professionalism and tact
- Ability to handle fast-paced situations, adapt to changes in a professional manner
- Ability to respect and preserve patient/client confidentiality
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 25kg
- Fluent in both written and verbal English

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
