**Job Description: Dealerships - Fixed Operations Manager (Service)**
The automotive Dealerships - Fixed Operations Manager ensures the success of multiple dealerships by overseeing fixed operations including parts & service, administration, coaching of staff within these departments and exceeding customer service expectations. Duties will also include achieving success in the execution of long-term strategic planning goals to increase profitability and success of the company.
**Responsibilities**:
- Approving and/or hiring employees for all positions within the parts and service departments at four dealership locations.
- Ensuring employee performance evaluations are completed regularly and developing short and long-term goals for each department manager and staff.
- Planning and developing short and long-term goals and objectives annually and submitting projections to corporate management for approval.
- Effectively communicating with the controller/office manager weekly to review departmental forecasts and ensure consistency with annual projections.
- Paying close attention to daily fixed operations and dealership absorption rates, recommending, and creating improved courses of action where necessary.
- Ensure all documentation and reporting are completed accurately and are in full compliance with Revolution Auto Group policies and local laws.
- Directing and implementing the policies and procedures of the dealerships to employees and ensuring these are understood and followed accordingly.
- Providing dealership corporate management with weekly fixed operations reports on the financial condition of each dealership.
- Supplying timely and accurate information for the monthly financial statement cycle to provide to the franchise, management/dealership owners.
- Coordinating with the business/administrative office to ensure that records are correctly maintained.
- Managing parts inventory levels proficiently while following company policy.
- Coordinating regular meetings with the managers and/or employees of the parts and service departments to ensure profitability and efficiency expectations.
- Recommendation of compensation plans for employees to corporate management.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by building ongoing relationships with customer base, resolving customer issues related to the dealership and/or product.
- Ensuring a customer call-backs program is in place to ensure the highest possible satisfaction rates.
- Continually manage and revitalize a new customer acquisition program.
- Provide the highest level of customer service and ensure all employees possess a client centered approach to achieve excellent OEM customer service scores.
- Creating cost-effective advertising programs and merchandising strategies for the fixed operations department at each dealership.
- Oversee cleanliness of vehicles and the shop at each dealership location.
- Protect and preserve the integrity of the company.
- Other duties as assigned by the Dealership Operations Director.

- The ability to effectively respond to and meet the needs of a diverse client base
- Broad product knowledge base including off-makes
- Dealer related computer skills: PBS
- Exceptional knowledge on social media techniques
- Critical thinking, strong decision making, ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects
- Excellent analytical, research and presentation skills
- Advanced computer skills (MAC, Powerpoint, Word, Excel)
- Maintaining an enthusiastic attitude to build positive employee morale.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions
- Experience in strategic planning, tracking, and controlling budgets
- Valid driver’s license for local travel with a clean driver’s abstract
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
