We are currently seeking to add a cleaner in our maintenance division to join our team in Kingston.

Key Responsibilities:

- Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition.
- Perform housekeeping duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and surfaces, dusting and removing rubbish.
- Perform unit turnover cleaning.
- Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges and squeegees.
- Arranging, moving and discarding of furniture and other household items, either manually or by with assistive equipment.
- Service, clean and supply restrooms.
- Notify managers concerning the need for minor or major repairs to building.
- Requisition supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties.
- Light landscaping functions during spring/summer season.
- Other related duties, as required.
- Hold a clean G-Class Driver’s License within Ontario.
- Successful completion of High School Diploma.
- 3+ years of experience in a janitorial and cleaning field focusing on residential and/or commercial.
- Willing to be flexible during busy seasons and some weekend work.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
- A CPIC check is required.

**Salary**: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
