Project Estimator

Reporting to the Project Manager, this position will involve the following:
- Prepare estimates of labour and/or material costs for small/mid size projects
- Set up and maintain cost monitoring and reporting systems to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine scope of work
**Requirements**:
- 2 - 3 years experience in estimating within the general contracting/construction industry
- Ability to work independently as well as with a small team
- Experience with Pro-Est would be an asset
**Salary**: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
