Are you looking to join a world-class treatment team, working with a recognized hormone expert, Dr. George Arnold? Signature Wellness is looking for an exceptional Nurse Practitioner who holds an Ontario license to join our Treatment team where you will optimize our patients’ wellness.

As a Clinical Associate you will be responsible for providing care to women and men with symptoms from hormone change, including weight management, using Dr. Arnold’s evidenced-based protocols and under Dr. Arnold’s supervision. You will be positively transforming lives by treating not only the symptoms, but the impact these symptoms have on one’s quality of life, including family relationships, partner relationships and job performance. You will be helping women and men feel like themselves again or perhaps feeling themselves for the first time ever.

Duties will include providing in-person and virtual consultations, conducting assessments, prescribing medications and monitoring treatment plans and promoting Signature Wellness. In order to be successful in this role, you will need to be an exceptional communicator and have an understanding of hormone changes in women and men and the impact these changes have, and experience with treatments to correct hormone change.

**COMPETENCIES**
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Active Nurse Practitioner licensed in Ontario
- Experience in hormone health and prescribing medications for hormone imbalances
- Experience working in a high-volume setting and ability to meet treatment targets
- Commitment to developing new skills and knowledge
- Maintain accurate records of every patient encounter
- Participate in patient education by providing information on treatment plans and answering questions as needed
- Proficiency in medical terminology to facilitate effective communication among team members
- Experience and knowledge in patient care practices to ensure compassionate support for patients
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently

**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**
- Nurse Practitioner licensed to practice in Ontario
- At least 1-2 years’ work experience in providing treatment for hormone imbalances

**SALARY**

$100-$125 per hour

This is a part-time position (Monday and Wednesday each week from 8:00 - 17:00) and is on-site.

**PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS**
- Position is on-site.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $100.00-$125.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week
