**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate front of house staff, including servers, hosts, and bartenders
- Ensure efficient restaurant operations during service hours
- Uphold food safety standards and regulations
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements
- Train new employees on service procedures and customer interactions
- Handle customer inquiries, comments, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth flow of service
- Oversee inventory management for front of house supplies

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the food industry
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
- Familiarity with restaurant operations and reservation systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
