**Job Description**:
Calian Health, formerly Dapasoft, is seeking a Technical Business Analyst Consultant to assist our client. The Technical BA will be part of a high-performing agile team supporting the design and build of connected health systems.

Experience Requirements:

- A level of education, training and experience equivalent to a degree in clinical informatics, health information science, data science, and/or computer science including training and/or experience in designing solution architecture in health technology domain.
- ** A minimum of five (5) years’ experience** as a Business Analyst in the healthcare sector.
- ** A minimum of three (3) years’ experience** supporting identity and access management.

**Qualifications**:
Desired Skills & Assets:

- Experience analyzing process and understanding the interactions between the various systems and the identity and access management (IDAM) health sector ecosystem.
- Experience working with business stakeholders to transition user access and provisioning activities into a centralized solution
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, including developing agenda, leading meetings, supporting the group to stay on track, and facilitating collaboration
- Excellent skills gathering technical requirements, processes, and workflows
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Ability to understand and develop data mapping documents
- Ability to work with operations teams, developing documentation to meet their needs and delivering training
