**Responsibilities**:
- Ensure accurate and timely processing and invoicing of shipments. Proactively monitoring and following up on holds through to completion
- Maintain accurate client’s accounts through the creation of tariff database, CUSMA management and account notes and special attentions
- Ensures correct value for duty is reported based on invoice details and terms of sale
- Liaison between clients and carriers for missing documentation, information or instructions necessary to release a shipment and/or obtain arrival information
- Proactively verify information for release: CUSMA, Single Window OGD and ensure compliance.
**Requirements**:
- 1-2 years of industry experience (preferred)
- Demonstrated proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets and various software.
- knowledge of the Tariff
- CCS Designation (asset)
