Softchoice is looking for SAP FICO and RAR expert to act as the functional Finance expert on our ERP team.

As the FICO and RAR analyst at Softchoice, you will play a critical role supporting our Finance department. Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will interact daily with business analysts and finance managers, providing SAP expertise all things Finance. You will also share your expertise across other streams as you share your familiarity with SAP finance integration to SD, MM & FSCM.

**What you'll do**:

- Understand and analyze business requirements and translate them into system requirements, configurations and customizations
- Develop documentation, including requirement gathering documentation, functional design documents, test scripts, training materials
- Ensure the configuration of the SAP FICO and RAR modules enables best practice business processes
- Assist in supporting Concur Expense Management
- Complete functional specifications for reports, enhancements, interfaces, workflows and forms
- Conduct unit, functional and system integration testing
- Triage issues and defects, perform root cause analysis and track and report on resolution
- Monitor and respond to service desk tickets and maintain ticket statuses
- Assist in the development of end user training documentation
- Support in executing enhancements to processes and systems, execute cutover activities and provide assistance to ERP team members and end users

**What you'll bring to the table**:

- At minimum 2 full lifecycle implementations (or equivalent experience) configuring SAP Finance modules (FI, CO, FSCM, RAR - S/4 HANA preferred) required
- Minimum 5 years of experience configuring and implementing SAP Finance modules
- Experience with finance strategy and finance operations, including AR, collections, disputes, AP, banking, capital management, asset management, financial accounting, cost accounting, tax, profitability analysis and reporting systems
- Understand and analyze business requirements and translate them into system requirements, configurations and customization specifications
- Development of documentation, including requirements gathering, functional design documents, test scripts, training materials
- Experience designing and supporting interfaces, enhancements, forms and workflows for SAP ERP
- Experience with IFRS15 Revenue Recognition and configuration within RAR to enable it a plus
- Concur configuration and integration experience with S/4 HANA a plus
- Experience with SAP reporting, embedded analytics, and HANA live reporting a plus
- Must be able to provide technical stewardship of end to end integration solutions between SAP and other SAP and non-SAP systems
- Familiar with Waterfall and Agile development methodologies
- Conduct unit testing, functional and system integration testing, both functional and security, and triaging system deficiencies when they occur
- Must have excellent communication and analytical skills, demonstrate strong problem solving and critical thinking
- SAP certification(s) highly preferred
