Pembertin Realty Ltd. is looking for the right people to join our janitorial department on a contract basis.

**_Key Responsibilities:_**
- _Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways_
- _Empty trash cans and other waste containers _
- _Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings_
- _Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas _

**_Work Setting:_**

Apartment/condominium complex

**_Experience:_**

Experience is an asset.

**_Salary:_**

To Be Negotiated Based On Experience

Part-time hours: 11 per week

**Job Type**: Part-time

Expected hours: No less than 8 per week
