**Position Overview**

With 12 branches spread across Alberta and British Columbia, we have become the largest DTNA Elite support-certified group of facilities in Canada. First Truck Centre believes in fostering a better tomorrow through the power of one by offering various sales, vehicle maintenance, necessary parts, and collision services to the industry.

First Truck is looking for a TOP SERVICE ADVISOR in the industry who excels at creating a high quality customer experience. We believe in TRAINING our employees and PROMOTING from within the organization, creating a culture that believes in fostering a better tomorrow.

**Compensation Plan**

**Primary Job Functions**
- Greet customers, book appointments, write up work orders, and schedule repairs
- Create estimates
- Sell repairs and services recommended by the technician
- Follow up with customers and keep them updated
- Explain all work performed and charges

**Qualifications**
- Great customer service both in person and over the phone, verbally and in writing
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks at once
- Confidence using computer systems, writing reports and using scheduling tools
- Self-starter and able to work in a fast-paced, detailed, and process-driven environment
- Previous experience in the automotive or trucking industry is an asset
