Aesthetician

The Spa is seeking a full-time and/or part-time Aesthetician to join our team in Cambridge, ON. We are looking for a certified Aesthetician who is highly motivated and eager to learn and grow in the Aesthetics industry. Experience is a plus but is not necessary. We are a 4000 sq. ft. Wellness Center that has been open for 26 years and are looking to expand our team.

**Requirements**:

- Must be able to work Tuesday-Saturday.
- Must have a valid Driver’s License with clean driving record.
- Must be a certified Aesthetician.
- Must have the ability to pass a background check.
- Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to follow instructions given by management.
- Must have strong customer service skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be on time and punctual.
- Be flexible in a fast paced environment.
- Experience with Yonka and Eminence is an advantage but not a requirement.

Duties include:

- Greet clients upon entry into the salon
- Take personal care of clients throughout their visit ensuring their comfort and satisfaction with their service.
- Provide consultation services such as consultation on skin care options (i.e., peels) at the end of facial services.
- Provide traditional spa services.
- Responsible to fill products, cut wax strips, and/or help reception with closing duties before the shift is over.

The pay structure is commission based, not hourly, and will be discussed in the interview.
