Reporting to our Security Manager, we are looking for **Security Guard** to join our growing **Security Department.**

**WHAT WILL YOUR DAYS LOOK LIKE?**
- Control access to parking gates
- Control access to visitors, deliveries and subcontractors
- Report, respond and document security breaches and other situation according to procedures and refer to your manager in situations beyond your control
- Conduct exterior and interior rounds at the frequency required
- Report any situation that may affect people’s safety
- Monitor cameras to quickly detect abnormal situations
- Monitor the alarm panel and intervene in alarms
- Respond to fires, medical emergencies, floods, water leaks, breakdowns, presence of hazardous materials, bad weather or any other incident.
- File and store internal documents.
- Perform any other task at the request of manager
- Control access to visitors, deliverers and subcontractors
- Report any security breaches immediately;
- Conduct exterior and interior rounds at the frequency required by the Security Manager;
- Report any situation that may affect the safety of people and places;
- Monitor cameras to quickly detect abnormal situations;
- Monitor the alarm panel and intervene in alarms;
- Immediately refer to your manager in situations beyond your control;
- Respond to fires, medical emergencies, floods, water leaks, breakdowns, presence of hazardous materials, bad weather or any other incident;
- Filing and storage of internal documents;
- Perform any other task at the request of manager

**WHAT WILL YOU BRING TO THE TABLE?**
- Must have a high school diploma.
- Must have a minimum of 2 years' experience in private security.
- Must have intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite software.
- Strong communication skills in both English and French (written & spoken).
- Good knowledge of fire detection systems, sprinkler systems, handling of portable fire extinguishers and evacuation procedures.
- Good knowledge of emergency and response procedures.
- Good knowledge of access control systems and cameras.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Be available to work all shifts: day, evening, night, including rotating shifts.
- Having a Security Clearance from Health Canada is an asset
- Having an ASP certificate is an asset.
- Must be able to obtain a Security Clearance from Health Canada (SC)
