This is a full time position that requires someone who is dedicated and can provide an exceptional experience to our customers at all times. The Service Advisor is professional and customer-orientated individual with excellent communication skills, as well as extensive automotive knowledge.

Reporting directly to the Fixed Operations Manager, the Service Advisor will work across all departments to ensure organization, efficiency and customer satisfaction in the Service Department.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers in identifying the specific need or repair for their vehicle
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving issues
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to accurately identify repair needs by working closely with the technicians
- Process cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Upsell additional repair work, parts and accessories to customers when appropriate
- Collaborate with the parts department to ensure timely delivery of parts
- Provide support to the sales team by assisting with customer inquiries and sales leads

**Skills**:

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate and build rapport
- Mechanical knowledge or experience in the automotive industry is preferred
- Proficient in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
- Familiarity with automotive repair and maintenance processes
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory tracking systems

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$88,000.00 per year

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- service/parts advisor: 1 year (required)

Ability to Commute:

- Squamish, BC V8B 0G8 (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Squamish, BC V8B 0G8: Relocate before starting work (required)
