**Job Opportunity: System Tester at T & T Auto Supply (Thunder Bay) Ltd.**

Position: System Tester

**Salary**: $40.50 per hour

Working Hours: 35 hours weekly

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure the newly developed CRM system seamlessly integrates with existing inventory and sales platforms, ensuring real-time updates on freightliner truck parts, Ford, International, and other brands.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including sales representatives and logistics personnel, to conduct UAT sessions. Gather feedback and ensure the CRM system meets the specific needs of managing customer relationships and tracking parts sales and shipments.
- Evaluate the CRM system's performance under peak load conditions, especially during high sales periods or when managing large inventories of products like brake parts, electrical components, and engine parts. Ensure the system remains responsive and reliable.
- Simulate end-to-end sales and logistics workflows, from initial customer inquiries about products like air brakes or exhaust systems to the final delivery of parts. Ensure the CRM system accurately tracks and manages each step of the process.
- Validate the CRM system's capability to securely store sensitive customer data, including contact details and transaction histories. Ensure data integrity is maintained during data migrations, backups, and other operations.
- Set up mechanisms within the CRM system to gather continuous feedback from users, especially from teams handling heavy-duty truck parts and semi-trailer parts. Use this feedback to identify areas of improvement and ensure the system evolves with the company's growing needs.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in system testing or a similar role.
- Proficient in CRM platforms and software testing tools.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams.
- Familiarity with truck parts and the logistics industry is an advantage.
