**About the Role**:
As Deputy Head, you will have responsibility for our Middle and Senior School (Grades 6-12). You will play a crucial role in shaping the strategic direction of the school and implementing policies that enhance our educational offerings. You will work closely with the Head of School and Senior Leadership Team to ensure that our ethos of lifting spirits and fostering an environment where every student feels seen and heard is embedded in every aspect of school life.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and promote a forward-thinking educational framework that aligns with our core beliefs.
- Lead various academic and administrative departments, ensuring high standards of learning and teaching are constantly improving.
