Great, because this position will allow you to do exactly that. As the DROP Specialist you will be responsible for managing the dedicated transport resources in the assigned region; optimizing the usage of our fleet, managing costs all while improving processes.

As the DROP Specialist you will play a key role in ensuring our domestic beer reaches the shelves across the assigned region by strategically tendering to carriers the volume from breweries to distribution centers. You will also be involved in the freight auction and ensure all shipments have coverage.

Here is a brief list of what you will be working on:

- Lead the transport strategy and communication with carriers and stakeholder around ETA
- Implement and improve transport KPIs; GFP & LSA
- Manage MDM data and ensure all our systems are communicating.
- Ensure optimal transport decision across the network by optimizing touchless output from Transport management system.
- Create value by implementing best practices from LCP that can directly impact the company’s results
- A successful Drop Specialist can drive cost reductions while achieving optimal transport distribution, and manage the communication with key stakeholders (peers and Senior Management) providing key insights that can influence our market strategy. By operating in a scope with high contact with other areas, there is great exposure into different parts of our operation such as Commercial, Sales and Supply.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- Experience in Supply Chain / Transport management
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Proficient in Excel, Transport Management Systems, Scheduling
