Production Blender

Easy Way needs a Production Blender to operate and control chemical compounding equipment, filling batches with the correct components in the specified order and ensuring that all the batches meet the quality specifications while ensuring that the documentation is filled in correctly.

The Production Blender must be prepared to work as a team member in a dynamic workplace, and follow all safety procedures in a manufacturing environment. Strong math skills and attention to detail are required. Knowledge of chemistry or science is helpful.

Hours are Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM with 30-minute lunch and a 10 min break in the morning and afternoon. Located in Woodstock near a bus stop.
- Prepare liquid and powder batches according to standard Easy Way formulations or specific customer formulations in a meticulous way
- Fill appropriate packaging using correct labels or ensure that it is completed correctly
- Observe and monitor batches and products while mixing and labeling to ensure the required quality.
- Print appropriate labels or ensure that they are printed.
- Use a variety of tools, including tanks, fillers, pumps, lifting equipment, label makers, etc. (Forklift experience and training preferred)
- Handle and move ingredients, tools, and packaging as required
- Keeps production areas tidy, equipment cleaned, and prepared for use.
- Follow ISO processes, suggest improvements for ISO and other processes and try to reduce waste and improve production efficiency.
- To suggest, participate in, and assist in successfully completing Continuous Improvement activities
- Ability to lift up to 50lb
- Performs other duties as required.

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
