**Responsibilities**:
- Patient Care: Conduct TMS treatments according to established protocols, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
- Technical Proficiency: Operate TMS equipment accurately and efficiently, including coil placement, motor threshold testing, and treatment parameter adjustments.
- Data Management: Document treatment sessions, monitor patient progress, and maintain accurate records.
- Clinical Support: Assist with patient intake, education, and discharge planning.
- Quality Assurance: Adhere to strict quality control standards and participate in ongoing training and development.
**Job Competencies**:
- Customer service oriented (Very important Must be polite and friendly to all patients, staff, visitors at all times)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to operate diagnostic equipment
- Pleasant and professional manner in person and over the phone
- Ability to maintain patient confidentiality
- Experience with Ministry of Health billing, insurance billing, and reconciliation of payments is a bonus, but not required
- Demonstrate ability to work in a team environment
- Must be able to handle difficult situations in a calm manner
- Exceptional organizational, time management and prioritization skills
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a clinical or technical role.
- Strong technical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Prior experience with TMS therapy or other medical equipment.
- Basic understanding of neuroanatomy and neurophysiology.
- Certification in relevant technical fields (e.g., biomedical equipment technician).

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 - 44 per week
