Salon Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome clients as they arrive at the salon
- Provide excellent customer service and assist clients with their needs
- Schedule appointments and manage the salon's booking system
- Process payments and operate the cash register
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist stylists and technicians with various tasks as needed
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide recommendations to clients

**Skills**:

- Strong sales skills to promote salon services and products
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities to communicate with diverse clientele
- Proficiency in cashiering and operating a point-of-sale (POS) system
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Effective time management to handle multiple tasks and appointments
- Ability to demonstrate salon products to clients
- Organizational skills to maintain a tidy reception area

**Salary**: $20.50-$22.16 per hour

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Serving It Right (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Scarborough, ON M1B 3C3 (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Scarborough, ON M1B 3C3: Relocate before starting work (required)
