We are currently looking for a CNC Machinist/Operator to join our team.

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**
- Set up and operates a router operation
- Ability to use CNC equipment to cut, trim, slot, chamber, profile, shape material
- The operator will pull up programs, make minor adjustments to programs, install machine accessories

like pins, cutting tools, templates, spoil boards
- Proven ability to follow standards, rules, policies, work instructions and directions
- Ability to operate hand held tools and measuring equipment
- Demonstrated ability to remain calm under pressure and deadline
- Ability to work cohesively in a team based environment

**Qualifications**
- Strong mechanical skills
- Good visual/color vision and eye/hand coordination
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills and organizational skills
- Above average attendance
- Previous experience operating CNC equipment, able to read blueprints/diagrams
- Able to safely operator forklift

**Hours**:
Training shifts will be Monday - Friday, 8-hour days

Regular shifts will be 12 hour continental, rotation of days/nights, 84 hours biweekly, with an averaging

agreement in place.
