- T_ransfert de produits pour l'équipe d'ingénierie manufacturière de son siège social à Québec.- Vous aurez à planifier et coordonner une équipe multidisciplinaire responsable des projets dictant les processus de fabrication des produits et assurant leur manufacturabilité. Votre principale responsabilité sera la réalisation de projets d'industrialisation de nouveaux produits et d'amélioration de produits existants.- En collaboration avec les centres de développement de produits et l'ensemble des membres du département des Opérations (Ingénierie manufacturière, Production, Achats, Planification), vous participerez au développement de produits de pointe, primés mondialement pour leur performance novatrice en instrumentation pour la télécommunication par fibre optique.**Votre rôle**- Participer aux rencontres de lancement des projets
- _New Product Introduction_ (NPI) qui vous sont assignés afin d’établir le plan de transfert global
- Déterminer les activités de transfert de produit applicables aux projets et les communiquer à leurs gestionnaires de projets
- Identifier et assigner les membres des équipes devant être impliqués dans les projets. S’assurer que toutes les parties prenantes ainsi identifiées comprennent leur rôle et sont engagées envers le projet, faire un suivi hebdomadaire de leurs activités en cours et valider leur complétion pour l'échéance prévue
- Planifier, prioriser et coordonner les travaux pour assurer la réalisation des livrables de chaque projet
- Élaborer et assurer le suivi de l’échéancier de projets
- Faire l’analyse de risques et élaborer des plan de contingence, puis en assurer le suivi
- Influencer le design des nouveaux produits pour faciliter leur manufacturabilité (DfM)
- Consigner l’état d’avancement des projets et effectuer le suivi des indicateurs de performance des projets
- Documenter la complétion des livrables pour chaque phase. Pour certains de ceux-ci, animer des réunions avec d’autres départements et coordonner la progression des activités afin d’assurer leur achèvement pour la date prévue**Connaissances**- Connaissance générale des procédés de production pour la fabrication de produits à base électronique et optique
- Bonne connaissance des processus de développement de produits
- Expérience démontrée en coordination de projets manufacturiers
- Bonne connaissance de système ERP (SAP un atout)
- Connaissance de la suite MS Office
- Anglais fonctionnel (langue technique)**Habiletés**- Sens des responsabilités et de l’organisation
- Autonomie et respect des échéances
- Aisance pour le travail d’équipe
- Aptitude à mener à bien plusieurs tâches en parallèle
- Facilité à communiquer efficacement
- Capacité d’analyse d’un dysfonctionnement ou d’une non-conformité**Formation et expérience requise**- Diplôme d'études collégiales techniques
- Minimum 10 ans d'expérience en gestion de projets manufacturiers
- Toute autre expérience pertinente en milieu manufacturier sera considérée
- Certification PMP un atout
