- Compétences requises:

- Maîtrise de l'utilisation des outils manuels et électriques (par exemple, perceuses, scies à onglet, scies circulaires)
- Expérience avérée dans un environnement de fabrication
- Capacité à lire et interpréter des documents techniques et des dessins
- Grande attention aux détails et aux normes de qualité
- Bonnes compétences en communication et capacité à travailler efficacement en équipe
- Compétences souhaitables:

- Connaissance des principes de fabrication lean
- Expérience avec des systèmes de fabrication automatisés
- Familiarité avec les BPF (Bonnes Pratiques de Fabrication)
- Certification dans des domaines techniques pertinents

- Set up and operate production equipment in accordance with established procedures and guidelines
- Monitor the production process and conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance as needed
- Collaborate with the production team to optimize workflow and meet production targets
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times

**Skills**:
**Required Skills**:

- Proficient in using hand and power tools (i.e. hand drills, chop saws, table saws)
- Proven experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
- Experience with automated manufacturing systems
- Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
- Certification in relevant technical fields
