**What would your job entail?**

From your home office and working on the road, you'll be responsible for training on the sales of high-end Protection Plans, installation, care and maintenance products, to our retail partners in the fields of appliance, furniture, electronics, bedding, home improvement, and much more.

**Here are a few examples of your responsibilities**:

- Travel to our business partners throughout Ontario and other locations across Canada to conduct training sessions
- Plan and coordinate training sessions with our customers
- Carry out follow-up store visits to assess knowledge, skills and practices.
- In collaboration with the rest of the team, participate in the design, authoring and creation of various training programs on sales techniques and product knowledge; and ensure their updating
- Represent the company at events and trade shows
- Other related tasks

**What we are looking for**:

- 2 to 5 years' experience as a trainer
- Minimum 5 years' experience in sales and/or sales management
- Recognized degree in communications or any other related discipline - an asset
- Solid knowledge of retail appliance, furniture, electronics, cellular or home improvement industry
- Exceptional English communication and writing skills. Able to communicate in French would be a tremendous asset
- Microsoft environment expertise (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
- Excellent trainer and communicator
- Ability to lead positive and dynamic group sessions
- Strongly autonomous, well organized and strong sense of initiative
- Meticulous and detail-oriented
- Able and willing to travel frequently in Ontario, and occasionally out of province (up to 90% field work)
