Key Responsibilities:

- Install Permanent LED Lighting Systems: Safely and efficiently install permanent LED lighting on residential properties, ensuring precise placement and secure wiring.
- Ensure Professionalism: Maintain a professional and respectful demeanor when interacting with clients, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Ladder Work & Safety: Work confidently at heights using ladders, adhering to ladder safety protocols at all times.
- Follow Safety Standards: Adhere to company safety guidelines, ensuring that all installations meet the required standards.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve any on-site challenges, ensuring the installation is completed smoothly and on time.

Qualifications:

- Ladder Experience: Must have prior experience working with ladders, and be knowledgeable about ladder safety practices.
- Boom Certification (preferred): Possessing a boom certification would be an asset, though not required.
- Installation Experience: Experience installing permanent lighting systems or similar home improvement projects is an asset.
- Customer-Focused: Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain professionalism while working on client properties.
- Reliable and Punctual: A strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality are essential.

**Requirements**:

- Valid Driver’s License: Must have a reliable mode of transportation to travel to various job sites.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 45 per week
