**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Oversee and manage partners delivering all transportation, and warehousing logistics operations, ensuring efficient and timely processing of outbound RMAs and defective units (customer Returns).**:

- ** Design, develop, and implement logistics network strategies to optimize efficiency and customer service.**:

- ** Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate logistics with business systems or processes, such as customer sales, order management, accounting, and shipping.**:

- ** Analyze the financial impact of proposed logistics changes, such as routing, shipping modes, product volumes or mixes, or carriers.**:

- ** Direct RMA logistics activities to ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and company policies.**:

- ** Develop risk management programs to ensure continuity of supply in emergency scenarios.**:

- ** Communicate effectively with customers, sales, management, and other stakeholders on RMA logistics issues and improvements.**:
**Qualifications**:

- ** Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field.**:

- ** Proven experience in logistics management, with a focus on RMA operations.**:

- ** Strong knowledge of network design and supply chain management.**:

- ** Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.**:

- ** Strong communication and leadership skills.**:

- ** Proficiency in logistics and supply chain software.**:
