Vape Retail Lead

The Vape Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of EsmokerCanada which involves managing and coordinating the activities for the sales staff associates; facilitating deliveries and pick-up; opening and closing of store; troubleshooting problems with deliveries and stock levels; and maintaining positive relationships with new and existing clients.

Job Responsibilities:

- Directly involved in recruiting, training and scheduling of sales associates.
- Managing staff evaluations, coaching and corrective needs.
- Delivering continuous improvements in overall store sales and KPI performance.
- Modeling excellent customer service, accountability and professionalism.
- Accountable for ensuring all new procedures and information of new products are communicated to staff in a timely and effective manner.
- Opening and closing physical stores as a key holder.
- Overseeing staff cash handling.
- Responsible for inventory control and asset protection through cycle counts.
- The Vape Team Lead carries out the duties of the sales staff when needed.
- Acts as the approver for refunds and has access to the terminals passcode to facilitate refunds to customers. All refunds are conducted in compliance with company policies.
- Authorize payments and return of merchandise.
- The Lead will flow all returns of merchandise through to the warranty process from suppliers.
- The Lead prepares purchase orders and signs off on delivery slips, and also assists the inventory associates to perform inventory counts.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Work experience and/or post secondary education in Supply Chain, Business Administration or a related field.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and excellent organizational skills to manage time,multiple tasks, and deadlines effectively.
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and Magento experience is nice to have.
- Leadership experience required and preferred in the vape industry.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $16.00-$20.00 per hour

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- vape: 1 year (required)
- Retail management: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- French (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
