**The Lighting Shoppe - Chatham**

The Lighting Shoppe in Chatham is looking for a driven, dynamic individual who can assist our customer in bringing their lighting visions to life We value imagination and want to ensure that each customer that comes through our doors has the finished design they pictured.

Wage: $18.50/hour + Bonus and Health benefits (after 90 days probation)

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with customer to design their dream room as per their requirements and tastes
- Assist showroom customers in lighting selections and purchases in a manner that maintains long term relationships
- Manage and execute all stages of the sales process from opportunity to invoice and ensure proper follow-up, clean sales and customer satisfaction
- Advise consumers on use and care of lighting and provide advice concerning specialized lighting products
- Assist customer with order processing from entry to exit
- Provide estimates/quotes and delivery dates to customers and builders including responding to inquiries with accurate pricing, inventory, and delivery information
- Assist with and set up displays of merchandise
- Ensure the showroom looks clean and presentable at all times

Qualifications and Skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, verbally and written
- Customer-service oriented
- Be able to work in a very fast paced environment and have the ability to prioritize

Position available is permanent full time with potential growth.

Must be available to start as soon as possible and be available to work days, evenings and Saturdays
