**About the Role**

On every project you will work closely with a talented and energetic team of marketing content creators, technology experts, and our sales leadership to brainstorm campaign ideas and bring results to life. You believe the goal of a marketing is to inspire action, conversion and ultimately to close business. This role is great for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment of technical experts, sales and marketing professionals and super cool clients.

You will play a critical role in helping to drive lead generation and support for our sales efforts across the technology portfolio of Konica Minolta and our award-winning IT services division, IT Weapons. You’ll draw on proven marketing experience, use critical thinking skills, and be an excellent communicator to help drive internal and external engagement.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Monitor CRM to maintain Client and Prospect list segmentation and management
Work closely with all stakeholders to provide lead routing and operational support
- Work with digital marketing specialist and content teams to create marketing automation (HubSpot) workstreams, nurture campaigns, and sales support tools
- Collaboratively develop campaign strategy and tactics and contribute to the production of marketing collateral
- Develop, write, and manage practice-wide internal and external communications to support corresponding programs and events
- Manage monthly marketing update meetings for sales management, from content collection from team members to presentation creation to senior stakeholders, sales teams etc
- Measure the performance of campaign activity by tracking, compiling, and analyzing results of marketing and sales results through the client lifecycle stages, (funnel management from MQL, to SQL, to Opportunity to closed business and second sale)
- Maintain partnerships with all vendors to accurately provide information and web-portal access to ITW team
- Internal Culture and retention initiatives - assist the team with ideation and implementation of culture and team bonding initiatives

**What You Need**
- 3+ years of professional marketing experience, demonstrating strong business acumen (experience in the technology and/or B2B is an asset)
- Strong computer skills required, with emphasis on using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint software
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Excellent time management skills and strong interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
