**Nature of the position**:
Reporting to the Quote Coordinator of our Noam Carver / Bridal department, the Quote Specialist will be a detail-oriented person with an interest in jewelry. There are multiple paths within the department for growth. As all incoming requests are for Bridal events, communication with our retailers will need to be quick and efficient. The Quote Specialist will need to be able to multi-task and be a creative problem solver.

**Tasks**:

- Interpreting and quoting requests for custom designs
- Submitting detailed CAD requests to appropriate designers
- Placing orders and sending confirmation to retailers
- Communicating rush orders when placed
- Creating and sending Return Authorizations (RAs) as required
- Updating orders and RAs as required
- Receiving all RA parcels and sending items to appropriate team members
- Contacting and following up with customers on order requests
- Sending alloy samples, stones, etc to retailers on memo
- Preparing and invoicing wax prototypes to be shipped to retailers
- Advising admin team when a design is confirmed to proceed
- Reporting glitches and system issues to Quote Coordinator

**Requirements**:

- Career oriented individual
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Professional E-mail communication experience
- High attention to detail with ability to catch errors
- Ability to multi-task
- Experience working under deadlines
- Ability to work individually and within a team
- Strong computer skills ie. Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

**Nice to have**:

- Experience working in the jewelry or fashion industry
- Experience working for a wholesale company

**Availability: Monday-Thursday 9am - 6pm and Friday 9am - 3:30pm**

** (40h/week)**

**Compensation will be based on experience.**

**Employee health benefit program after probation period.**

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
