**Pet Sitters Needed**

**Barks and Recreation London is an established and well-loved pet sitting and dog walking company, and we are seeking exceptional overnight pet and house sitters to add to our great staff We are especially interested in finding staff members with prior experience caring for pets. If you have ever worked in veterinary medicine, pet shelters, or with pet rescues, we want to meet you**

**Days: any day of the week**

**Hours: variable - see explanation below**

**Pay rate: $55 - $100 per night, depending on the length of time for each individual appointment.**

**Sitters needed in: All parts of town Wherever you are in London, we are receiving requests for overnight pet sitters in that area Currently we provide service in southwest London only, so there is lots of room to expand.**

**Information regarding overnight pet sitting visits**:
**Visits for pets are either 13 hours long, from 7pm to 8am, or are 24 hours long (where you essentially live at the clients house). Perfect for students or those looking to supplement their income.**

**Requirements**:
**-You have a car (a dog-friendly car in case of emergencies), and a smart phone (our appointments are completed and communicated to pet owners using an app).**

**-You LOVE dogs and cats.**

**-You feel comfortable caring for both BIG and small dogs.**
**- You are neat and tidy in client homes.**
**- You are RELIABLE - clients count on us to always be there, as scheduled, for their pets**

**-You can work with us long term - at least one year. The pets will bond to you quickly, and come to rely on the stability of being with you while their people are away from home.**

**-You are available for the days/hours listed above.**
**- You are available for at least 2 of the following 3 time periods: Christmas, New Year's, and March Break. Don't worry, you will still be able to have holiday plans of your own, and will be paid an additional holiday bonus for all statutory holidays**

**-You can easily pass a criminal/background check.**

**Please note that this is a sub-contractor position**

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $55.00-$100.00 per day
