**The job involves**:

- Enrolling guests into our rewards program, re-printing cards, re-setting PIN numbers and providing complimentaries to qualified players based on level of play
- Redeeming offers, selling gift certificates, booking show tickets and hotel rooms
- Handling high volumes of guest interactions for long periods of time
- Marketing the rewards card on the gaming floor to guests
- Acting as an ambassador, engaging guests to increase awareness and participation in promotions and tournaments
- Maintaining professionalism under stressful situations and prioritizing tasks
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Working safely, and in compliance with OH&S policies and legislation
- Thorough knowledge of all activities and promotions occurring at our casino properties
- Working independently and as one team that supports and helps one another
- Flexibility to support a 24/7 operation
- Previous customer service experience in Sales, Marketing or Tourism
- Smart Serve certification
- Knowledge of Niagara Region and surrounding areas
- Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional data entry skills with a strong attention to detail in a fast paced environment
- A dynamic, lively and outgoing personality
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, AS400 and CMP computer systems
