Job Overview: In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and contributing to the overall positive atmosphere of our studio. Additionally, you will be responsible for contributing to our social media presence, creating engaging content, and promoting our artistic offerings.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist clients with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage customer inquiries
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Manage and update the studio's social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Create visually appealing and engaging content for regular social media posts
- Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to promote the studio's services and artists
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends and industry-related news
- Collaborate with artists to showcase their work and promote studio events

**Requirements**:

- Strong understanding of various social media platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude
- Interest in and appreciation for the tattoo and piercing artistry
- Basic knowledge of graphic design and photo editing tools
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
- Previous experience in customer service or social media marketng is a plus

Position Type: Part-Time (Approximately 15-20 hours per week, with the possibility of moving into fulltime)

Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on experience

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $15.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
