Managing and driving all sales and customer service initiatives within the store of business.
- Perform customer service functions including initiating and following up with customers to resolve problems as it relate to invoicing, products, or services.
- Service existing accounts, obtain orders, follow up on existing or potential customers, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules.
- Inform existing and potential customers about special deals/offers.
- Assist in the development of sales strategies through social media ad posting and keeping yourself updated with new trends.
- Generating leads through various social media platforms and following up on customer leads for sale closures.
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
- Achieve sales targets to support overall territory and business goals.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers and other store representatives. through open and interactive communication.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude.
- Communicating with customers through various communication channels.
- Resolves customer complaints in a timely and professional manner by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
- Clean and Organize store. Lift heavy boxes to ensure proper organization of the store.
- Research and develop communication and negotiation skills.
- Maintain and expand customer base; build and maintain rapport with key customers; identify new customer opportunities.
- Respond to escalated customer concerns/issues with the involvement of other sales consultants and other departments.
