**Nature of Position**:
The ReBuild donations and delivery associate is responsible for contributing to a safe working environment, retail outlet and donation centre for staff, community members, donors, and stakeholders. The ReBuild Donations and Deliver Associate alongside the Supervisor and Manager will support the day-to-day operations of a donation centre and retail outlet. The ReBuild Donations and Delivery associate will also be responsible for making sure all booked deliveries and collections are done in a safe manner.

**Required Abilities**:

- WCB Approved Workplace First Aid Level 1, or willingness to acquire
- Proven ability to take directions and work independently
- Manual dexterity and ability to do hard physical work
- Ability to use personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Class 5 Driver's license required
- Must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 50lbs
- Criminal record check required because our organization works with vulnerable individuals, however having a criminal record does not automatically exclude you from this position. Criminal records will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis as we recognize that they can be a barrier to employment.

**Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Reports to the ReBuild Manager.
- Commits to modeling an equitable, inclusive work environment which celebrates diverse abilities, opportunities to enhance skills, in non-exploitive, and promotes value for contribution.
- Collaboratively Shares use of the company work truck.
- Collaboratively collects donations and delivers purchases to/from community members and stakeholders.
- Answers questions from customers, donors, community partners, and stakeholders.
- Collaboratively organizes the donation centre space, ensuring it is clean and tidy and ready for use.
- Collaboratively processes all sales transactions with the supervisor and ReBuild manager.
- Collaboratively Prices and stages items for sale on the retail side of the donation centre.
- Attends Team Training as required.
- Other duties as determined by the ReBuild Manager.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 14 per week

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)
