**Position**: Cleaning Specialist
**Type**: 3-month on-call employee contract, with potential for permanent placement based on performance and review.

**Responsibilities**:

- Carry out fundamental cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
- Ensure restrooms are cleaned, sanitized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
- Efficiently empty trash and replace garbage bags.
- Sparkle windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces to perfection.
- Assure common areas like lobbies, hallways, and elevators reflect our brand's cleanliness standards.
- Adhere strictly to our established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
- Promptly report any maintenance or repair issues to the immediate supervisor.
- Commit to health and safety regulations with utmost importance.
- Upholding to our promise of quality service and engaging in opportunity to build professional relationships with our clientele.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in cleaning or janitorial work is an advantage, though newcomers are welcome.
- Self-driven individuals who can independently and meticulously follow instructions.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a knack for completing tasks thoroughly.
- The physical endurance to manage tasks involving standing, bending, and lifting.
- Stellar time management skills for effective task prioritization.

**Our Unique Contract**: You can log in during business hours at your convenience and choose cleaning assignments as they come. Here's how it works:

- Mandatory log-in for one on-call weekday shift that rotates weekly. (e.g., Week 1: Monday, Week 2: Tuesday, and so on.)
- Every employee is obligated to work one on-call shift every alternate Saturday. The perk? Saturdays come with a premium rate of $21/hour.
- Aside from the one rating weekday shift and every other on call Saturday. All other availability to log in and request to work posted jobs will be at the discretion of the employee.
- Regular weekday shifts come with a rate of $19/hour.
