The sales advisor is in constant interaction with the customers to explain the advantages of products to meet their needs and expectations.

**Main functions**:

- Greet, help customers and answer their questions by using your product knowledge
- Ensure quality of service to make the shopping experience enjoyable
- Answer the phone and give the clients relevant information
- Direct the clients towards the articles they need
- Suggest value-added and related articles
- Take care of stocking the shelves and displays
- Keep the shelves clean and in order
- Ensure stock accuracy and keep the inventory up to date
- Know and promote the company's different programs (Fidelity card, account setup, PRO card, etc...)

**Requirements and skills**
- AEP, ASP DEP or DCS in electronics, electricity, IT or audio-visual an asset
- 2 years experience in customer service and in electronics or in a similar position an asset
- Have the skills to complete tasks according to the instructions and take charge of the results
- Ability to offer excellent customer service while maximizing sales
- Ability for team work to reach common objectives.
- Bilingual
