**COMPENSATION**:Payband 7 **$28.15 to $29.19**
**HOURS**:3.25 hours per day, 5 days per week
**JOB SUMMARY**:
This position requires the incumbent to safely transport and supervise Division students to and from school or other events.

**QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE)**:

- Completion of School Division Bus Driver Training Program (a total of 60 hours). Eight hours in-service each year.- Class II Driver’s Licence
- School Bus Driver’s Certificate.
- CPR Certificate.
- Completion of Respect In School or equivalent training is required.
- Epi-pen Administration Certification.
- Five years practical driving experience.
- Six to twelve months experience as a probationary Bus Driver
- Previous experience in supervising children.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work under little supervision and demonstrate good problem solving skills and judgment.
- First Aid Certificate an asset.
- Bilingualism (English and French) an asset.

**CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT**:

- Satisfactory Criminal Record Check, including Vulnerable Sector Search.- Clear report from the Child Abuse Registry.
