Ltl Dispatcher

Grandway Logistics is expanding and looking to add a new motivated individual to the team. This is your chance to align with customers to meet their supply chain and logistics needs, adding value as a Dispatcher Supervisor.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and organize the operational of the logistics
- Planning and organising LTL freight
- Scheduling routes and drivers
- Assigning drivers to make on time pick up and deliveries
- Communicating with clients about freight details and any special handling request
- Preparing and pre-dertimined routes and accomodating route changes as needed.
- Preparing dispatch documents as well as freight bills and invoices.
- Making sure the dispatch records are maintained and dispatch calls are logged from the team.
- Keep track of transportation regulations and laws to ensure all drivers and team members comply
- Maintain a postive work atmospher by acting and working in a co operative manner with team members and drivers.
- Overlooking the day to day running of the logistics department, making sure everything is runin.g smothly.
- Ordering office supplies
- Making sure all safety measurements are followed through in the office and drivers.

What we offer:

- 1+ year experience in related field
- $26.00 per hour for 40 hours with 4% vacation pay on each pay cheque
- 4% vacation pay
- 5 days sick leave
- English Language
