**Purpose of Position**:
To produce high quality colour and Black and white output from the Digital Print equipment including Xerox Iridesse Versant and Nuvera 314s.

**Key result areas of the position**:

- Ensure appropriate daily Production Flow to meet Customer Commitments
- ISO 9001 quality control
- Ensure appropriate level of After-hours Customer Service Response

**Activities and Tasks**:

- Operating Xerox Digital production process
- Post Press Finishing and Packaging
- Polar cutters
- Coil binding
- Collating
- Drilling
- UV Coating
- Business card slitting
- Scoring and packaging
- Assist in equipment maintenance
- Production reporting
- Manufacture of product within the scope of the department
- Customer Service in the absence of regular Customer Service staff
- Other work as may be assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Ability to work in a team with positive attitude
- Production of digital print products in both colour and black and white preferably using Xerox
- Prepress production including digital prepress
- Post-press finishing of printed materials
- Common Graphic production software for both PC’s and Mac’s including Illustrator,
- Customer Service and Order-entry
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to solve problems including use of electronic spreadsheets and word-processing tools

**Salary**: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
