Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Inventory Control Clerk will be responsible for managing and generating requisitions and P.O.’s for packaging, raw materials, indirect materials and services.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Coordinate shipments and pickups of all orders, including equipment repairs, raw materials. customs clearances, while maintaining tracking, manage critical and time sensitive deliveries;
- Set up and maintain bin locations in stores, control inventory levels;
- Manage waste for plant and environmental disposal;
- Assist with vacation coverage;
- Organize and schedule procurements in a timely manner;
- Monitoring inventory levels and determining purchase needs;
- Participate, support and contribute to a healthy and safe work environment by following all workplace regulations, policies, and initiatives;
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with health and safety and housekeeping practices.

**Qualifications**
- Must have at least two (2) years experience in Procurement or Purchasing;
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft, office suite;
- Experienced at compiling and following strict budgets;
- Experienced in industry procedures, costs, and terms;
- High energy level, positive attitude able to work effectively with other departments;
- Demonstrated professional and respectful attitude;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Enthusiastic self-starter, with an ability to innovate and delegate effectively;
- Ability to take and provide clear direction;
- High capacity to learn new skills and manage change;
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently;

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
