**Data Analyst/Financial Analyst**

The Data Analyst is responsible for leading, developing, managing and executing critical analytics, reporting and data visualization needed for financial operational reporting and processes. The incumbent will partner with co-workers and other business stakeholders to develop analytics, views/queries and models to provide business stakeholders and senior leadership the information and actionable intelligence they need to make informed business decisions. Proactive identification of opportunities to enhance reports and identify business profitability improvement opportunities is also a key focus of this position. The incumbent will be a seasoned, well-organized, skilled analyst who is experienced in dealing with many disparate systems, data sets, tools, processes and responsibilities. The incumbent must be a self-starter who can manage work priorities and schedules independently. Assignments will also include mid-high complexity projects that the incumbent will manage and lead with a high degree of autonomy. The Data analyst will also have direct interaction and communication with senior levels of management (VPs and above).

- Build, produce and maintain financial operational reporting, visualization (PowerBI) and analytics as required by business stakeholders and leadership (40%)
- Proactive identification of reporting and profitability improvements (25%)
- Prepare and analyze ad-hoc requests (20%)
- Report maintenance and support (15%)

**Your passion is sparked by**:

- Advanced knowledge/experience with SAP BI/BW tools and Data Visualization (PowerBI)
- 2+ years of equivalent work experience
- Bachelor's Degree with Finance, Economics, MIS, Information Systems, Mathematics or related quantitative discipline field of study required
- Intermediate to Advanced knowledge/experience with SQL, MS-Access, Excel, database design
- Familiarity with Statistical modeling techniques recommended
- Able to interact effectively with all levels of management
- Strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion
- Able to constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and tight deadlines
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Able to quickly learn new systems and technology
- Able to express ideas clearly and convey necessary information
- Able to prepare appropriate reports, presentations and other business correspondence
