Capital Timber Co. provides a safe and fun work environment. We keep up-to-date with current arboriculture standards and provide top-of-the-line equipment to reduce heavy lifting and increase safety and efficiency on the job site.

This position is for someone with a minimum of 3 years experience as a production climber.
They should be skilled at; tree removals, pruning, cabling/bracing and advanced rigging techniques. Experience with crane removals is considered an asset but can be learned on-site.
- Tree removals using rope controlled rigging techniques
- Crane removals
- Tree pruning & cabling
- Client communications
- Truck & equipment operations
- Safe chainsaw operations & maintenance
- Wood Chipper safety
- Operations of skid steer
- Plant knowledge and identification
- Aerial rescue training

Qualifications/Assets:

- ISA certification
- Arboriculture education/training
- Working at heights training
- Chainsaw Safety Course
- First Aid
- DZ license
- Heavy equipment experience

40hrs/week
$25-$35/hr based on experience
Annual gear allowance

**Salary**: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:
