**INTRODUCTION**:
In partnership with Branch and Regional Management, the Assistant Manager, Business Operations -Recruit Team Lead is responsible for leading the onboarding of competitive recruit clients.

**WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**
In this role you will:

- Provide support to Branch Management by effectively communicating the status updates of account openings, documentation and transfers
- Maintain and provide required reporting and tracking to Senior Sales Management, Regional Offices and Branch Managers
- Support training and onboarding of Service Officers
- Actively participate and contribute to touch bases and team meetings by producing new ideas and approaches
- Build effect working relationships across the team and with various departments

**DO YOU HAVE THE SKILLS**
We would love to work with you if you have:

- Familiarity with Wealth Management operating policies, procedures and client account documentation
- Strong skills in MS Office Suite
- Understanding of regulatory guidelines & risk management practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to travel within the province/country
- Flexible working evening hours and weekends when required
